Your child’s account for parents

Anything about the consent email, your dashboard, or a detail that needs changing — including the class, your email address or your mobile number. Write from the address you approved with, so we know it is you.

Payments for parents

Questions about a payment, one that has not been matched yet, or a refund. Include your child’s username.

Your data for parents

To ask what we hold about your child, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent, write from the address on record. The Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and for how long.

If you are the student for students

If something is broken or you cannot sign in, tell your parent first — they can usually sort it out faster than we can. If they cannot, write to us and say what happened.

A mistake in an article for everyone

Tell us and we will correct or remove it the same day. We would much rather hear it than not.

Something urgent for everyone
